Shower gel and hand cream are just perfect!

Seriously folks approach using de stress body balm with caution. This was a Christmas present for my daughter as part of a gift set. I tried it first (thank god!) I followed instructions and used it as directed, wow, within minutes I was cold flanneling my body down to try and ease the burn. It was not a warming feeling my skin was on fire.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I’m finding the DE-STRESS WARMING BODY BALM AND THE OTHER SLEEP PRODUCTS VERY VERY HELPFUL. THE BEST PRODUCTS I’VE EVER USED.

ALL THOSE PEOPLE WRITING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ITS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

I HOPE YOU WILL NOT DISCONTINUE THESE PRODUCTS AFTER ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE WHO NEVER BOTHER TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Bought a gift set of shower burst and hand cream. All of which burn the skin. used the hand cream, which at first felt ok. I had obviously touched my face afterwards and had an allergic reaction on my eyelid.
Sanctuary have obviously changed their ingredients which are adversely affecting skin.
Wouldn’t recommend!

New packaging for Shower Cream is not good. It is a difficult shape to hold when hands are wet and impossible to get the cream out. Just so awkward, also the container is too hard. Will not buy again. Why change a good product that already worked well?!

Please do not use the de-stress warming body balm! After being on my skin for 2 minutes I had to get in a cold bath as the burning was so unbearable!

Could potentially be used like a deep heat but should NOT be used like a moisturiser

At the very least ensure a test is done first on a small area of skin

This balm is absolutely horrendous I got it for Xmas and it burns like hell absolutely awful I wasn't prepared for how hot it would get I tried to wash it off but it burnt more my arms are bright red . absolutely horrible product I feel like I have chemical type heat on my skin avoid at all costs I am not exaggerating it is horrendous

IT BURNS!!! I Slathered this all over my body and within 2 minutes I was on fire. It feels scolding like a chemical burn. Took a cold shower and it made things worse it just moved the burning sensation to other regions!!!! It doesn't let up and once the burning begins you just have to suffer in pain for what seems like forever. Perhaps you could use this in some kind of military chemical warfare situation or as an alterative to water boarding during torture interventions? Perhaps take a tube when you go camping and circle your tent to ward off grizzly bears?

I like all the products. And I READ INSTRUCTIONS before use any product thing that probably people from these reviews.
The warm lotion CAN'T BE USED after a hit shower and on irritated skin.
Too easy blame someone else for your distraction.

PLEASE DONT USE Sanctuary spa warming body balm!

Put it on after a shower and I’m burning, I’ve never felt pain like it! Trying to constantly take cold showers and hoping it’ll be fine soon. Any advice???

I came in here to write about my experience, and I'm horrified by everyone else having the same extremely bad experience with this product! What is happening? Why is this product still on the market? I had burns all over my body, big red patches and I had to call the emergency. I immersed myself in a cold bath and I cried through the pain. I've never been to hell but I'm sure that is what it must feel like! It is not warming, its BURNING!!!! Avoid!!! I just can't believe this is being sold.

Warming... more like warning!!! Put on my back as continuous back pain, thought a bit of warmth would've be nice! I'm red and burning I've tried washing it off I've tried cold flannels.. the lot skin Is on fire wouldn't be surprised if it blistered the way it feels!!

My daughter rubbed this in and ended up with 3 hours of burning hands. She was screaming in pain and my husband was very close to taking her to A&E. She held her hands in cold water for over an hour took ibuprofen and in the end we applied burn gel and co-codomal and it stopped burning.
There is no warning on this product about the possibility of burning.

Be warned I used the sanctuary de-stress warming body balm once and the burning over my body was intense… my skin was bright red swollen. I had a freezing cold shower for ages and had to lie on the bed with a fan directed in my body. It’s gone an hour and the burning is off the scale my husband was ready to take me to A&E the swelling was bad… this product is dangerous and needs a warning label never ever again

Since the revamp of the packaging of the Sanctuary Spa Body Butter 300ml, it seems to be a different cream inside, too
Have been using this body butter for years as it made my skin feel very soft and also lasted on my skin without drying out. The revamp version doesn't last a day and the smell doesn't last either. Seems more waxy and sticky, doesn't sink in.
Shame that they have messed about with it all as they will now lose customers who have also used their products and found it to to be not so good.
Note to Sanctuary Spa, go back to the old formula of Sanctuary Spa Body Butter 300ml, before you go bust, as people will certainly stop buying it.
